Strangely, the narrator wasn’t able to see into the steel fabrication factory that Harvey and Bucket had gone into. What were they doing in there? The narrator could only guess. And so, that was exactly what the narrator would do while waiting for Harvey and Bucket to leave the building. The following contains three possible scenarios that the narrator has come up with.
- Bucket brought Harvey to the best business for metal supplies in the Melbourne area in order to get significant upgrades, as Harvey had previously hinted at in his thoughts. These upgrades could include anything, such as turrets, booster jets and wireless internet. Whatever they were, these upgrades would undoubtedly help Bucket overthrow the narrator (but not really, since that was impossible).
- They had gone to the Melbourne steel fabricators in order to obtain a second bucket. The narrator had to admit that as far as plans went, that was a pretty good one. Bucket was unfathomably powerful, and a second bucket would make their team almost unstoppable. But the narrator knew the true nature of buckets. They would never work together, loathing each second spent in each other’s presence. So although they would have the power necessary, infighting would undoubtedly cause that plan to collapse.
- The steel fabricators were crafting a metal tube for Bucket to hide within, sneaking toward the narrator unseen. This was, of course, completely nonsensical. The narrator was omnipresent, so there was nowhere that Bucket would be able to hide – except for within this specific steel fabrication factory, it seemed. The narrator would see Bucket coming from a mile away.
Regardless of what Harvey and Bucket were doing, the narrator wasn’t too concerned. They had complete control over this story, so there was nothing the two could really do to threaten that. It was quite amusing, really, like two children trying to overthrow a god. The only thing that they knew for certain was that these machinations would not end well for either of them. In fact, it was bound to be a complete disaster by the end.
